Qualiteach on looking for x4 SEN Support Assistants to work with our partnered school in Lambeth.

The Role - SEN Support Assistants
This rewarding SEN Support Assistant role x4 is an opportunity to support vulnerable young people with their learning journey. You will be responsible for classroom support, 1:1 and group/ activity leading.
This role is supporting students with multiple disabilities and learning difficulties, complex, speech & language, physical, visual and across other areas. You MUST have some SEN experience but this can be from a mainstream setting.
You MUST be confident with communication and adaptable to cater to various needs and abilities as well as proactive to ensure you are supporting the class and school needs throughout.
You will be the trusted point of contact for a lot of these students if not all, so you need to create a safe and engaging environment and ensure that all approached to students are nurturing, professional and following the safeguarding policies at all times.

This inclusive and well resourced setting is a primary school for children aged 2 to 11 with severe learning difficulties (SLD), profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), Autism (ASD) and complex medical needs
They offer a great place to work with good transport links via bus routes, undeground and overground stations local. They offer continuous training and development throughout the academic year and ensure all students have access to any addition support across the curriculum.
