Leverage Finance 4-6PQE | Elite US Firm

Premier US Practice is looking to grow their London Leveraged Finance team, by hiring an all-rounder finance lawyer between 4-6 PQE.

You will be joining an elite US finance team, focusing on cross-border leveraged and investment-grade acquisition finance, corporate finance and direct lending on behalf of market leading corporate borrowers, lenders, credit funds and a growing focus for equity sponsors (following recent strategic moves). You will benefit from the firm's strong presence in New York, Europe, Asia and Latin America, as well as their market-leading tax and corporate/capital markets practice.

London is the main focus of the firm's growth strategy and have been recognised in L500, Chambers & during the 2024 Legal Business Awards, demonstrating the top-quality of work involved and the strong culture of the firm. Cravath compensation and no targets.
