£50m, 20,000 sqft, new build house in Hertfordshire, built out of stone with the highest quality bespoke and rare finishes - not your everyday project!

Spearheading the delivery of this challenging project whilst being the first point of contact for the client.

Extensive construction knowledge of the super prime construction sector, applicants should have headed up and delivered a circa £20m project.
*
Capable of producing comprehensive detailed construction reports and programmes using Asta power project, Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel, to be delivered to clients, client teams and Directors.
