Job Description

Mydas Recruitment are specialists in sourcing quality candidates for a host of multinational clients. Due to continued growth, our client, a multinational engineering & manufacturing organisation, based in Belfast, have a requirement for program support administrator to work within the project management team. The role has a hybrid working option & is on a long term contract. Candidates should have 3+ years experience of: managing and action project milestones project coordination Management of Various Registers Regular communication with customers. Co-ordination of all site visits from customers -Organising Site Tours, Resources, Hospitality. Manage Governance Creation of Growth Council Packs Support other members of the teams on their individual projects Co-ordinate with the legal and finance departments for various activities e.g. Creation of NDAs, information for supplier forms etc. Data Collection and analysis Provide various charts/graphs for gathering and reporting financial and project reports for current and future capability. Candidates must have be familiar with budgets & budget management Project coordination strong interpersonal skills strong experience of Microsoft products - particularly Excel be able to work independently with minimal supervision 36 hour week 3 days on site 2 days remote Long term contract Skills: Project Manager Project Coordination Coordination
