Job Description
Our client is an established company with a network of services across England and Wales.
Key Requirements:
1. ER Advice: You need to have experience providing advice on employee relations, including handling sensitive HR matters such as grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management.
2. HR Qualification: A relevant qualification, such as CIPD, will be essential to demonstrate your knowledge in HR.
3. Confidentiality.
4. Strong Communication and Customer Service.
* Salary and Leave: A competitive salary of £40,000 with 33 days of leave, including bank holidays, and an additional day off on your birthday.
