SEN Teaching Assistant

Experienced SEN teaching assistant wanted in our SEN school in Barnet ASAP. Opportunities for Key Stage 1,2 and 3 working with children with MLD and ASC.

We are looking for an enthusiastic SEN teaching assistant to join a dedicated staff team in an outstanding educational provision.

SEN Teaching Assistant Key responsibilities:

Work under the class teacher to provide support for pupils in the classroom.
To assist in preparing the classroom and other learning settings
Work with small groups and individuals with additional needs.
Provide personal care for students.
Contribute towards planning and maintaining pupil programmes.SEN Teaching Assistant Required Skills:

Experience working with children.
Experience of special educational needs
Education to GCSE, NVQ or equivalent
Experience or training in personal care.Benefits:
