Job Description
Our client is a prominent player in the services and cleaning industry, known for its extensive global reach and commitment to excellence. They are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Manager to join their team in Midrand. This pivotal role will require a strategic thinker with a strong financial background and the ability to operate effectively at a board level. The ideal candidate will have a completed BCom Degree, coupled with either SAICA or SAIPA articles, and a minimum of 5 years of post-articles experience. Duties: Manage all aspects of the finance department, ensuring the integrity of financial information and adherence to reporting standards. Be willing to tackle challenges directly and efficiently, ensuring a practical approach to financial management. Engage at an operational level, actively participating in daily financial tasks and decision-making processes. Collaborate with inventory management teams to implement effective financial controls that minimize losses and manage risks. Conduct regular financial forecasts to project revenue, expenses, and cash flow, adjusting plans based on departmental performance and market trends. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: BCom Accounting Degree. SAICA/SAIPA articles. Experience: At least 5 years post-articles experience.
