Trading and Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Perform daily stock reconciliations Assist in the drafting of offers and commercial agreements Co-ordinate review and verify shipping documentation required for export shipments Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates on orders Manage and Co-ordinate the process between the Port, Logistics and Marketing ensuring seamless process for domestic and export sales Minimum requirements: BCom degree or Diploma in Business Management, Logistics, or Marketing A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position Experience in the mining or commodity trading sector is an advantage Proficiency in MS Office suite and ERP software such as SAP Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Excellent communication skills
