Job Description
Candidate Requirements: A Certificate / Diploma in the Culinary arts Preferably 2 - 3 years working experience as a Chef De Partie, with focus on pizza making Must be able to work under pressure, but also maintain a calm and professional demeanour Must have expertise in pizza-making, including the preparation of dough, proofing, stretching, baking in wood-fired or speciality ovens Must have a passion for pizza-making Must have good communication and teamwork skills Will be required to help mentor junior staff Will work closely with the senior chefs Must have strong organisational skills Must be an honest, flexible and accountable individual This is a live-out position
