Job Description

Requirements: Matric Tertiary qualification preferred 8 - 10 year's solid experience in office administration Own transport Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail and accuracy Duties: Office Management: Greet visitors, answer calls, manage correspondence, arrange supplies, maintain office inventory, and coordinate deliveries. Office Maintenance: Ensure office functionality, schedule repairs, manage parking, conduct inspections, and address maintenance complaints. Office Access and Security: Monitor security access, manage keys, ensure alarm system functionality, and register employee fingerprints. PA Support: Assist the Senior Leadership Team with scheduling, meetings, reports, travel arrangements, and general administrative tasks. Travel Arrangements: Book travel for the board of directors and employees, handle travel queries, and ensure timely invoice payment. Event Management: Coordinate external events, Grower Day, Season Launch, and company functions. Company Pool Car Management: Manage pool car bookings, inspections, fines, and maintenance. Company Cell Phone Contracts: Maintain employee cell phone data, manage insurance, assist with account changes, and reconcile accounts.
