Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing. Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on software functionality. Analyze and document defects, track their status, and ensure timely resolution. Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of customer support inquiries related to software functionality. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize our software solutions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and support workflows. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2 years of experience in quality assurance and software support. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and testing tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems is a plus. Apply now
