National Quality Assurance Manager

The suitable candidates main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Responsible for managing quality on operational execution levels Managing quality functions in the Division ranging on Site and Branch levels Inspections, audit and corrective of Guarding Operations Overseeing and participating in critical controls such as wages, fuel expenses, uniforms and automation Responsible for new operational startup quality control Managing Special QA projects as and when identified The suitable candidate shall have the following qualifications/attributes/skills: Grade A At least 10 years of area manager and branch management experience Security Diploma and Middle Management Development Program preferable Based in Pretoria Must be renowned for Making a Difference in Operational Execution Have a thorough knowledge of Guarding, Technology and Specialised Operations Understand and have personally practiced the fundamentals of guarding operations Experience in security audit and inspection duties Ability to formulate and evaluate SOPs Trained and experienced in the ISO Quality Management System Safety practices inclined and practiced safety leadership in security operations Exposure to Operational Designs, thereby creating change to nonfunctional operational execution Must have an understanding of wage cost, fuel, and unform controls
