Senior PHP Backend Developer - Laravel/Symfony

Location : : 5 Years Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Technical Skills : Essential : - Expert in PHP with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles - Proven experience in building and maintaining complex APIs using Core PHP frameworks (e.g, Laravel, Symfony) - Strong knowledge of MySQL with experience in writing efficient queries and database optimization - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Highly Preferred : - Experience working with frontend frameworks like AngularJS or ReactJS for better backend-frontend communication - Proficiency with a Cloud platform like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS (Amazon Web Services) - Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g, PHPUnit) - Experience with version control systems (e.g, Git) - Strong understanding of security best practices for web applications Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and secure backend applications using PHP - Build robust and well-documented APIs for seamless integration with various frontend frameworks - Implement efficient database solutions with MySQL and optimize queries for performance - Work collaboratively with frontend developers and QA testers to ensure smooth application integration - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality - Stay up-to-date on the latest PHP trends and technologies (ref:hirist.tech)
