The ideal candidate will have a background in industrial painting, particularly in sectors such as aerospace or automotive. This position requires expertise in applying coatings to various surfaces and materials used in industrial settings.Key Responsibilities:Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers.Paint Application: Apply industrial coatings using spray guns, brushes, and rollers to ensure an even and durable finish.Quality Control: Inspect painted surfaces for quality and make any necessary adjustments or repairs.Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean painting equipment and ensure it is in proper working order.Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.Documentation: Keep accurate records of materials used and time spent on projects.Requirements:Experience: Proven experience in industrial painting, particularly in the aerospace or automotive industries.
