Job Description

Position: Receptionist Location: Montague Gardens Job Type: Permanent Minimum Qualification Criteria: Matric 1-2 years experience in the Construction Industry Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to Multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Reliable, punctual and flexible Computer Skills: MS Office Suite Roles and Responsibilities: Acting as the point of contact between the professional staff and clients; Screening and directing telephone calls and distributing correspondence; Providing administrative assistance to the professional staff; Taking dictations and drafting minutes; Ordering office stationeries and grocery Maintaining the office filing system. Monitoring logbook Preparing quotations Monitoring logbook Identify and source new tenders daily on various tender sourcing platforms. Tender database registration completion (Municipal and private clients) Compile and submit tenders Data capturing of Receipts Ensure that all company supporting documents are included in the tender document. Ensure all tender compliance documents are in place.
