Job Description

Job Title: Paraplanner Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Paraplanner. The Paraplanner will work closely with financial advisors to assist in the development of comprehensive financial plans for clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to research and analyze financial information, and excellent communication skills to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Assist financial advisors in the development of financial plans for clients, including gathering client information, analyzing financial data, and preparing reports and presentations - Conduct research on various investment products, tax laws, and regulations to support financial planning recommendations - Create and maintain client profiles, risk tolerance assessments, and other key documentation - Prepare financial planning proposals and presentations for client meetings - Collaborate with financial advisors and other team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial planning services to clients - Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial planning Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field - Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation highly preferred - 2 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning software
