Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of leading Scrum teams to deliver complex software solutions. As a Scrum Master Lead at DuoKey, you will facilitate Agile practices, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement to maximize team performance and product quality. Key Responsibilities : - Facilitate Agile Ceremonies : Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for multiple Scrum teams. - Mentorship : Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices to enhance team collaboration and efficiency. - Remove Impediments : Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team progress, ensuring smooth project execution. - Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables. - Performance Tracking : Monitor team performance using Agile metrics (e.g., burn-down charts, velocity) and report progress to senior management. - Continuous Improvement : Foster a culture of learning and adaptation by encouraging experimentation and incorporating feedback loops. - Scaling Agile Practices : Lead efforts to scale Agile methodologies across the organization, tailoring practices to fit team needs. - Risk Management : Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. - Documentation : Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of processes, decisions, and changes. Qualifications : Education : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. Experience : - Minimum of 5 years as a Scrum Master in a software development environment. - At least 2 years in a leadership role managing multiple Scrum teams. Certifications : - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required. Technical Proficiency : - Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar. Industry Knowledge : - Experience in cybersecurity, cloud services, or related fields is a plus. Soft Skills : - Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
