Role Overview : We are looking for a dedicated Sr SAP Consultant to join our team at Insansa Technologies in Vadodara. This is a full-time, on-site position where the Sr SAP Consultant will be pivotal in configuring and validating SAP solutions across multiple processes and sub-processes within SAP, including S/4 HANA 1709. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to implement industry solutions using SAP and third-party software through interfaces, middleware, or web-based technologies. Key Responsibilities : - SAP Configuration and Validation : Configure and validate SAP solutions across various modules and sub-processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices. - Implementation of Industry Solutions : Lead the implementation of industry-specific solutions using SAP and integrate third-party software through interfaces, middleware, or web-based technologies. - Business Process Expertise : Leverage your consulting skills and business process expertise to advise clients on best practices and innovative solutions that enhance business performance. - Master Data Management and Integration : Manage master data and ensure seamless integration across different SAP modules and other third-party systems. - Training and Support : Conduct organized training sessions for various industries and corporate sectors, enhancing user knowledge and system utilization. - Provide comprehensive support during weekends and extended hours when required. - Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing system optimization. Qualifications : - Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - SAP Expertise : Extensive experience in SAP configuration across multiple versions, including expertise in S/4 HANA 1709. - Analytical and Consulting Skills : Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to provide insightful consulting services in SAP environments. - Master Data and Integration Skills : Proficiency in managing master data and integrating SAP solutions with other systems. - Training Experience : Demonstrated experience in conducting organized training sessions for industry sectors. - SAP Certification : SAP certification is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
