Upcore Technologies - Golang Developer - Microservices Architecture

Job Summary : We are looking for a great Go developer who possesses a strong understanding of how best to leverage and exploit the language's unique paradigms, idioms, and syntax. Your primary focus will be on developing Go packages and programs that are scalable and maintainable. You will ensure that these Go packages and programs are well documented and has a reasonable test coverage. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential. Roles and Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain microservices and applications using Golang. - Develop cloud native applications and devise ways to continuously deploy them - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. - Debug and resolve issues related to Kubernetes clusters and applications. - Implement best practices for CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging. - Write comprehensive tests to ensure the reliability and stability of code. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Kubernetes and cloud-native development. Skills Required : Education : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience : - Proven experience in developing applications using Golang. - Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture and core concepts. - Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration. - Familiarity with client-go and Kubernetes API. - Experience with custom Kubernetes controllers and operators in Golang is a plus. - Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar. - Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Golang. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment. - To adhere to the Information Security Management policies and procedures (ref:hirist.tech)
