Employment Litigation and Advice Associate (3-6 years) - Des Moines, IA

Preferred candidates will have:

• 3-6 years of employment law experience, including agency responses, employment litigation, drafting employment-related agreements and employee handbook policies, and providing direct employment advice to employers
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong academic background and professional credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of Iowa.
