Job Description

Tezlom are looking for a driven and dynamic professional with a proven track record in business development within the healthcare sector. Our fast-growing healthcare agency is looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand our client base.

What We Offer:

* Salary: £30,000 base

* Uncapped Commission: Unlimited earning potential based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations

* Identify new business opportunities and close deals to meet revenue targets

* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand our client portfolio

* Regularly visit clients, so having your own car is essential

* Provide excellent customer service and ensure long-term partnerships

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally within the healthcare industry

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Self-motivated, goal-driven, and confident in closing deals

* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

* A full UK driving license and access to a car is required

* Ambition to grow and succeed, with a passion for the healthcare industry
