Residential Conveyancer (Fully Remote)

We are seeking a qualified Conveyancer, Solicitor, or CILEx/FILEx professional to join our client on a fully remote working basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), although Newly-Qualified candidates with 1case handling experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload from inception to completion with minimal supervision.
• Handle low-value, high-volume transactions, achieving 12+ completions per month.
• Collaborate with real estate agencies as part of our panel work.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain high standards of client care.
• Provide clear communication and updates to clients throughout the process.

Qualifications:

• Qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or CILEx/FILEx.
• Previous case handling experience is essential.
