Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a Salesforce team, facilitating technical discussions and setting strategic direction.
- Ensure operational and application security within Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Utilize Apex programming and various Salesforce technologies, including Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Analyze and optimize business processes through technology integration, guiding colleagues and clients in implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Oversee the entire systems delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce teams and mentoring team members.
- In-depth knowledge of operational security and Salesforce data modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends.
- Extensive experience in Salesforce development and administration, particularly in large-scale deployments.
- Background in Salesforce consultancy and experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with financial management platforms.
- Salesforce certifications in Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in SQL and SOQL, with experience in AMPScript and Marketing Cloud integration.
