Production Shift Supervisor

Managing and supervising staff and handling employee relations. Overseeing workload, Training staff, conducting meetings, and maintaining production and safety standards. Implement and maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a safe, clean work environment for every shift. Monitor and enforce shift quality, safety, and cleanliness, including elevator pits and weighbridge maintenance. Oversee daily completion of stock sheets, Maintain equipment, perform scale calibrations, troubleshoot machinery, and dose boiler chemicals per shift specifications. Coordinate raw materials and finished products through daily inspections, sample checks, a Managing and coordination of loads and trucks e Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience: Matric (Grade 12 Certificate) Production or Supervisory related qualification would be an advantage Possession of a valid Code 08/EB drivers license Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & Outlook 3 Years experience in a similar position in a manufacturing & milling environment
