External Sales Representative

Duties Responsible for increasing market share and sales through effective sales and Enhanced customer satisfaction. Effective liaison with customers to enhance service levels and contain market share. Liaise with internal sales and warehouse personnel to enhance service level. Assist with the effective technical marketing of company product. EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & SKILLS Specializing or skilled in UPSs and lead acid batteries. Computer literacy qualification is an advantage. Ability to use word processing and spreadsheet. Admin/Office experience or any experience that demonstrate similar abilities. Essential requirements and strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, a willingness to develop and learn new skills. Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word Excel and Syspro. Fast, accurate data entry skills. Strong interpersonal skills both with staff and senior managers. Able to work under own initiative, be proactive and work efficiently as part of a team. Able to work under pressure and to deadlines. Flexible, courteous, friendly and positive approach. Good voice projection
