ICT System Engineer

Requirements: Relevant Degree or Diploma 3 years of experience in an IT support environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical and pragmatic approach Excellent attention to detail Ability to learn quickly and independently Results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Effective communication skills Willingness to travel Responsibilities: Plan, design, implement, and maintain the groups ICT infrastructure, including: IT Hardware: Oversee procurement, setup, maintenance, and replacement processes Networking and Cabling: Ensure high standards across the organization Connectivity: Manage data, voice, and telephony services Desktop Security: Implement antivirus solutions and patch management User Security Awareness: Conduct training sessions for staff Desktop Support Services Other Systems: Oversee firewalls, VPNs, queuing systems, and CCTV Manage in-country IT teams (currently 6 members) Oversee cost management for the ICT infrastructure Apply now
