Job Title: Lead Business Analyst cum Project Manager Experience : 7-14 years in business analysis & project management Job Description : We are seeking a seasoned Lead Business Analyst cum Project Manager with a strong background in project management. The ideal candidate will have a blend of business analysis and project management skills, with a proven track record of leading successful projects in a fast-paced : 1. Project Management and Coordination : - Oversee and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. - Coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure project alignment and progress. 2. Requirements Gathering and Analysis : - Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders. - Analyze and document business processes, needs, and requirements. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications. 3. ERP Implementation : - Lead the analysis and design phase of the ERP implementation. - Ensure that the ERP solution meets the business requirements and integrates with existing systems. - Coordinate with ERP vendors and consultants to ensure successful implementation. 4. Stakeholder Communication : - Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders. - Prepare and deliver presentations and status updates to senior management. 5. Business Process Improvement : - Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies. - Develop and recommend solutions to optimize business processes. - Implement best practices and standard operating procedures. 6. Data Analysis and Reporting : - Help decision makers to make right decision using strong data analysis skills. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor project performance and KPIs. 7. Change Management : - Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes. - Develop and deliver training programs and materials for end-users. - Support stakeholders through the transition to new systems and processes. 8. Risk Management : - Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects and initiatives. - Develop contingency plans to address potential issues and challenges. 9. Quality Assurance - Ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables. - Conduct testing and validation of systems and processes. 10. Mentorship and Team Leadership : - Mentor and guide junior business analysts. - Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. - Encourage and practice continuous learning and professional development within the team. Qualifications : 1. 7-14 years of experience in system implementation, SDLC, process improvement, and project management space. 2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. 3. Experience in accounting/finance is preferred. 4. Experience with Power BI is an added advantage. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Strong communication and presentation skills. 7. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Education : - Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field. - PMP or equivalent certification would be an advantage. (ref:hirist.tech)
