The Role

Job Title: Service Coordinator

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

We have an exciting opportunity for a ServiceCoordinator to join ourYoung Peoplesservice in Halton.We are seeking an individual who is able to motivate a team, is flexible, has great communication skills and is capable of enhancing our already successful service delivery.

As a Service Coordinator you willfocus on managing a brilliant team of Support Workersin delivering theserviceto achieve positive outcomes for young people, in addition to developing strong positive partnerships with the local authority and other providers in the region in support of the young people you will be working alongside.

We are looking for someone who will embed our ethos and values into practice and seek opportunities to achieve positive change and creative approaches to support young people to achieve their aspirations and independence in line with Ofsted standards.
