Credit Manager - Real Estate Industry
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + bonus
Location: Central London
Hybrid: Flexible
We are partnering with a global leader who are at the forefront of their sector, employing thousands of people across over 110+ countries. Looking after a team of 5+, you will be tasked with the management of the international corporate portfolio, as well as driving process and performance through change.
Main responsibilities will include:
Provide leadership to a credit control team of 5+ people.
Improve processes and mechanisms across the business
Implement clear targets to help drive cashflow and performance across the key corporate customers
Monitor, manage and analyse performance to ensure collection targets and other KPIs are met.
Use and adapt technology to drive performance and results.
Regular meetings with key account managers and functions to review debtors and queries
Delivering strong performance across the credit function
Forward and structured thinker
Strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience:
CICM or alternative relevant qualification desirable.
5+ years' Credit Control experience, ideally with a large international B2B organisations
Experience in systems implementation, helping to redefine the process
Experience in managing an international team across different time-zones.
Experience in using High Radius or SideTrade
Experience working within property highly desirable
