Provide hands-on support in the classroom, working closely with the class teacher to facilitate engaging and creative learning experiences.
Help deliver activities that encourage children's growth in core developmental areas such as communication, social interaction, and motor skills.
Offer one-on-one and group support, ensuring all children's learning needs are met.
Monitor and document progress, providing insights and feedback to the teaching team.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports the holistic development of all children.Candidate Profile:
Qualifications: Level 3 childcare qualification is essential.
Experience: Previous experience in supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is required.
Skills: Strong communication skills, a nurturing approach, and the ability to work effectively with both children and colleagues.
