Locum Deputy Fostering Recruitment Manager - home-based

Salary between 35 - 40 per hour

NonStop Social Care is currently working with a well-reputed fostering agency in London. I am looking for an experienced home-based locum deputy fostering recruitment manager for their team.

The IFA has a friendly, family orientated approach, community-based providing high standards therapeutic care services to foster carers and children looked after. They operate as a Charity and have Outstanding Ofsted.

If you are looking for a role that is therapeutic, this is the best chance to put your skills into practice, incorporating therapy into social work practice. They offer on-going therapeutic training so it is a great chance to improve your skills.

Responsibilities

The locum deputy fostering recruitment manager will oversee the assessment process providing supervision and support to Independent Assessors and internal assessing Social Worker. Will also manage and provide QA form all Form F assessments throughout approval.

This is a home-based role with travel required for recruitment activity across South and East London.
