Please explore more at we are looking for : We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer with a strong foundation in React to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in designing and developing innovative user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. With your expertise in HTML, CSS, Figma, RESTful APIs, Redux Toolkit/Redux Saga, and a proven track record of delivering rich UIs, you will contribute significantly to our product development efforts. Responsibilities : 1. Design and develop high-quality, reusable, and efficient frontend code using React, HTML, and CSS. 2. Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces. 3. Leverage Figma to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. 4. Integrate with RESTful APIs to retrieve and manipulate data. 5. Implement state management solutions using Redux Toolkit or Redux Saga to maintain application state. 6. Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility. 7. Stay updated on the latest frontend technologies and best practices Required Experience : 1. 8 years of experience in frontend development. 2. Strong proficiency in React and its ecosystem, including components, state management, and routing. 3. In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 4. Experience with Figma or similar design tools. 5. Familiarity with RESTful API design and consumption. Non-Technical/ Behavioral competencies required : - Must have worked with US/Europe based clients in onsite/offshore delivery model - Should have very good verbal and written communication, technical articulation, listening and presentation skills - Should have proven analytical and problem solving skills - Should have demonstrated effective task prioritization, time management and internal/external stakeholder management skills - Should be a quick learner, self starter, go-getter and team player - Should have experience of working under stringent deadlines in a Matrix organization structure - Should have demonstrated appreciable Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in past organizations (ref:hirist.tech)
