For our HR team at our HQ in Rheinfelden, we are looking for a passionate Senior HR Manager 80% - 100% Administration / HR / Consulting / CEO Rheinfelden Your key responsibilities To support our line managers with customized and value-added HR solutions To be a competent, trusted, and reliable point of contact to our line managers To provide optimum support and advice to our line managers in their management tasks: talent- and performance management, employee retention, promotion process, etc. To maintain a smooth recruitment process and to continuously work on innovative solutions to attract promising candidates To manage our workplace policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with Swiss labor law and the latest regulations for the benefit of our employees and Tillotts To contribute your experience and expertise to our HR projects and supporting training activities To carry out efficiently various HR administrative tasks Who you are Completed education of Federal Diploma of Higher Education (Eidg. HR-Fachausweis) or equal education with a specialization in HR At least 7 years of experience as (Senior) HR Manager / (Senior) Business Partner, ideally in an international environment Experience in life science area, ideally in Commercial Operations, and knowledge about the challenges of a mid-sized company Ability to quickly build and sustain relationships with a range of stakeholders of all levels In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurances Very good command of English and German (written and spoken) Experience handling professional platforms such as LinkedIn or other Social Media platforms Motivated team player with a problem-solving mindset Excellent interpersonal skills with empathy and sensitivity Passionate about HR, hands-on mentality and a good sense of humor What we offer A great opportunity to work in a diverse environment where you can develop your existing competences and acquire new skills A familial working environment where you can directly shape and affect our business.
