Job Description & Requirements

2 years of previous acute care experience in MedSurg, Maternal and child care, Critical Care, Pediatrics
Current Maternal Child home health experience required
Patients can vary in age up until age of 18 (this is not only mother and baby visits)
Local candidates only
Up to 40 hours/wk but not guaranteed
Hours will be based on the number of home visits completed
NY RN license & AHA BLS required
