Junior Collections Analyst with Italian

Your responsibilities

• Collecting due receivables according to procedures.
• Influencing customers, negotiating and building business relationships.
• Cooperating with internal departments (finance and sales teams).
• Handling emails & outgoing phone calls (external customers and internally to account managers).
• Accounts reconciliation and allocation of incoming payments.

Our requirements

• Written and spoken fluency in Italian and English (min. B2 level is required).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in Customer Service/ Call Center/ O2C Collections, BPO or Shared Services will be an asset.
• Ability to work under time pressure.
• Flexibility.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and Google sheets is a plus.
• Ability to work from the office located in Cracow in the first 3 months. Hybrid mode is offered after.
