Job Description
Ackerman Pierce is actively seeking an Application Deployment Specialist to join a team in Wirral. This exciting opportunity, initially for a 6-month term, comes with the potential for extension based on performance and internal circumstances.

Duties for role
Assist the Team Leader in ensuring optimal configuration of systems to provide high-quality service to users.
Undertake configuration, management, and maintenance of hardware and software components of network and infrastructure.
Provide technical expertise for the organization's Windows desktop environment, with a focus on Intune.
Act as lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) for projects and development in the Windows desktop environment.
Serve as a senior point of escalation for technical issues within the Specialist Communications and End User Services team.
