Private Client Supervising Solicitor

Remote working or office working

£32,000 - £40,000 (+ Bonus)

A Private Client Solicitor is required to join a market leading organisation within Estate planning on a permanent basis.

As a Private Client Supervising Solicitor, you can work this role fully remote or for those who would like to go into the office have the option to do so. Offices are located in Manchester, Sheffield, Bristol or Stratford upon Avon.

This exciting permanent position is part of a large expansion of the estate planning team which has seen its profits soar year on year. They have one of the largest estate planning teams in the country and there is significant opportunity for progression.

The role of the Private Client Supervising Solicitor;

  • You will be responsible for supervising paralegals and their work, reporting directly into the Team Leader.
  • Assisting the team with queries and requests in relation to lasting powers of attorney, wills and trusts
  • Review the documentation of wills, trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA); making sure all documentation is accurate and as per client’s instructions
  • Feed-back on necessary changes that may be required to meet that client’s objectives
  • Work closely with colleagues and the wider team through cases and providing technical support
  • Provide quality assurance to make sure all compliance and regulatory standards are met
  • You will bot be required to have any billable hours or any business development in this role.

Experience required of the Private Client Solicitor will include:

  • Have worked within a Private Practice or In-House setting ideally
  • Be qualified as a Solicitor/CILEX/STEP or with equivalent experience
  • This role would be well-suited to those that have at least 18 months pqe
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Can offer flexibility for either part time or full time candidates including those who want to work reduced hours over those working days.
