Compliance Associate - Crypto

This position will be responsible for ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Compliance within the compliance function
• Assist with development, maintenance and delivery of compliance related materials
• Review and approve marketing materials
• Preparing and maintaining compliance files
• Support compliance and regulatory projects,
• Provide advice and guidance to business and support functions
• Investigating and analyzing automated transaction monitoring alerts.
• Involvement in regulatory horizon scanning
• Reviewing new publications from regulators

Experience

• At least five years of financial compliance experience
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations.
• Experience in relation to proprietary trading, financial services and/or crypto.
• General knowledge of regulations in other jurisdictions
• Strong attention to detail and able to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
