Human Resources Business Partner

Our client, a rapidly growing scale- up, is looking to hire an HRBP who has experience in all areas related to the human resources field within Insurance and working across the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Conducting regular meetings with business leaders, across the UK and Europe
• Staying updated on employment laws and regulations and providing guidance to ensure compliance.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR processes and policies.
• Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
• Assist management in conflict resolution
• Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
• Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages

Qualifications

• Experience working within an HR function within an Insurance or Insurtech company
• 4+ years of experience in HR
• Experience across the UK and Europe
• Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
