Technical Service Delivery Manager

Savant Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Technical Service Delivery Manager to oversee and enhance client-facing services within an Azure environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in managing Azure-based services, ensuring the highest standards of performance, security, and client satisfaction.

Join a dynamic team dedicated to developing a cutting-edge platform, working with an on-shore and off-shore team. The role is hybrid ⅔ days a week in London.

Required Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a Service Delivery role working with Azure-based services.
• Understanding of ITIL principles; certification is a plus.
• Skilled in managing application performance and reporting on service levels (SLAs).
• Experience using Azure Security Centre and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
• Knowledge of Change Advisory Boards and handling technical/security audits.
• Ability to write PowerShell scripts for managing Azure resources and accessing the Azure REST API.
• Azure certification required - minimum Associate level (Expert preferred) in one of Administration, Security or Solutions Architecture.
