Senior Specialist OtC (US - 2nd shift)

- Meets deadlines and demonstrates high quality when processing collection process: regular contact with portfolio of complex customers, negotiates payments, identifies disputes, payment promises, payment applications, account reconciliations, etc
- Handles more advanced collection cases and supports other team members in solving disputes
- Organizes weekly meetings with team members within smaller group to review portfolio and set up action plan
- Achieves monthly targets for overdue level and overviews target execution for Junior Specialists and Specialists
- Partners effectively with stakeholders to achieve common goals; engages team members and carries team knowledge
- Prepares and reviews daily ad-hoc reports within agreed SLAs
- Participates and leads local and global processes' improvement initiatives
- Coaches Junior Specialists and Specialists on identifying and managing process' improvement projects
- Complies and ensures the operations are aligned with company’s policies and procedures
- Identifies issues or risks and proactively works on resolution, involving management
- Provides training and guidance to new team members
- Participates in global projects
- Reports and monitors process risks and gaps, constantly looks for improvements
Our requirements
- Working time according to US EST (14:00-22:00)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP and collection module
- Fluent knowledge of English (written and oral)
- Very good communication skills especially via calls, ability to maintain professional business contacts with customers, ability to take difficult cases and discussions and lead escalations
