Finance Billing Supervisor

Twój zakres obowiązków

• Primarily responsible for the coordination high value price change process with multiple business areas. Drive resolution of issues pertaining to customer purchase orders and price changes related to past due accounts receivables;
• Manage successful billing process and manual billing as well as investigating and validating appropriate credit and debit billing adjustments;
• Responsible for master data creation and all connections throughout a manufacturing environment from contract to cash. Ensure both Tenneco and customer have met appropriate requirements;
• Creating reports to meet customers' needs, combining data from various systems- resolve customers queries around outstanding Invoices;
• Conducting account reconciliations, reviewing old items, and performing netting;
• Preparing monthly and weekly reports;
• Reconciliation of customers' accounts;
• Setting priorities to achieve best collection results;
• Participating in process improvements and new initiatives;

Nasze wymagania

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent Managerial experience;
• Desire three years relevant experience in business environment, preferably in manufacturing;
• experience in managing teams in shared service center will be an asset and/or knowledge of Billing/Accounts Receivables process;
• Working knowledge/experience with SAP desirable;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
