Senior BIM / Revit Coordinator - BIM Lead
Liverpool
Up to £55,000 + Benefits
We are currently working with a well-established and growing Building Services Consultancy who are now looking to add a BIM / MEP Revit Coordinator / BIM Lead to their team.
They have several UK offices and this role will be based from their Liverpool office.
The role will be working on projects across multiple sectors from education, social housing, commercial, healthcare, leisure etc. and will involve leading a small team of BIM / Revit technicians on a day to day basis.
You will receive a competitive salary alongside a variety of further benefits, including the opportunity to work a 4-day working week.

Ideally you will have experience of coordination of MEP Building Services within BIM across similar sectors, have excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT & Navisworks and worked on BIM projects.
It's a great opportunity with someone with experience of leading a small team or for someone to take that next step up in their career to involve management and mentoring of others.
