My client a leading residential groundwork's contractor is seeking a strong and independent QS/ Senior QS to join their team near Gatwick on the Sussex/ Surrey border.
This role will suit a QS with groundwork's and or RC frame experience with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient and be able to manage their own work load, reporting into a commercial director. In return you will be offered a competitive salary/ Package alongside flexible working.
You will be responsible for:
Managing a handful of your own projects
Attending project review meetings
Producing monthly cost reports
Management of site costs/ spend.
Variations/ Valuations
Submitting payment requests.
Building working relationships with clients
