Job Description

Our client are a leading housebuilder and developer committed to creating exceptional places to live and work. With a rich heritage and a forward-thinking approach, they have established themselves as a trusted name in the construction industry.

They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Duties and responsibilities to include:

Attend all commercial meetings internal/external relevant to multiple projects
Oversee/monitor contract costs against agreed budgets
Monitor the use of cost and financial reporting systems
Prepare and submit cash flow forecasting as required
Carry out monthly/periodic financial reviews (CVRs)
Oversee and monitor the production, submission and agreement of final accounts
Build working relationships with supply chain, consultants and clients where appropriate.
