Maintenance Assistant

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including:

• Light bulb replacement
• Painting and decorating
• Basic plumbing and joinery
• PAT testing (training can be given)
• Door and roller shutter repairs
• Furniture assembly and relocation
• Reactive and planned maintenance

Coordinate external contractors for specialized tasks.Utilize online maintenance systems and dynamic risk assessments.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Manage yard waste.Work safely at heights and operate MEWP equipment (training can be given)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
