Job Description
The Bookkeeper will be a vital part of the Accounting & Finance team in a busy Construction industry, managing all financial records and transactions.

Description
Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes including but not limited to: A/P, A/R, payroll, journal entries and bank reconciliations
Assist in Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for 1 business entity
Supporting Management Accounts related to 1 key business entity
Coordinate with the finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines
There will be some ledgers and daily transactions involved for the Purchase Ledger.
Monitor financial transactions and reports
Implement and adhere to the company's or department's financial policies and procedures
Attend finance department and company-wide meetings, sometimes assisting with financial reporting to managers and senior executives
Communicate with the team to manage and coordinate accounting functionsProfile
A successful Bookkeeper / Assistant Accountant should have:
Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices
Proficiency in necessary technology, including Microsoft Office, databases and software (Good level of Excel ability)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with a team and independently when requiredJob Offer
