Job title: Assistant Site Manager
Remuneration: £50k – £55k per annum plus package
Location: Kingston
O’Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a full time Assistant Site Manager for a south-west London based residential project. Our client is looking for a presentable and professional ASM who has experience working on large RC Frame residential schemes
As Assistant Site Manager you will supervise a construction site and run construction projects. You will report directly to a site manager and assist in developing practical work schedules and procuring construction supplies. You also assist crews with preparing the construction site before the construction project starts.
To be considered for this role, you must have;
* Previous experience in an Assistant Site Manager position
* Experience working on large RC Frame developments
* The ability to commute to Kingston
* CSCS and SMSTS
