Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Diary management, preparing agendas and meeting material. Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents, often handling sensitive and confidential information. Take minutes during meetings and provide summaries as needed. Handle incoming calls and inquiries, using discretion and sound judgment to resolve issues or escalate them appropriately. Assist in planning events, booking travel arrangements, processing expense claims, and ordering office supplies. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment Skills & Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid understanding of office administration, record-keeping, and filing procedures. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities efficiently. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
