Account Services Manager (Corporate / Private Banking)

This role is crucial in providing support for corporate and private wealth account setup and maintenance, ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CIF and account setup/maintenance processes for corporate and private wealth clients, ensuring compliance with policies and turnaround times.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline client/account data processing and ongoing monitoring.
• Handle general control management duties, including audit confirmations, dormant account management, and returned mail processing.
• Review and manage physical documentation processes, including storage, record-keeping, and archival.
• Participate in projects, system upgrades, UAT, SOP reviews, and process improvements.
• Provide leadership and functional guidance to junior staff.
• Offer cross-team support in the absence of team members.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in client/account static data maintenance and general control management in banking or financial services.
• Ability to multi-task across functions with excellent teamwork skills.
• Hands-on experience with banking systems such as Flexcube and Avaloq.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and guiding a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Operations.
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders, including Head Office teams in Taiwan.
